Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notification at least 24 hours in advance. We will be pleased to assist you with the rescheduling process. We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your appointment and complete all necessary paperwork prior to your initial visit. The family is allowed a maximum of three sessions per month. To utilize this plan, enrollment in a minimum six-month contract is required, along with maintaining an active credit card on file. All accounts will be automatically charged on the first day of each month. A late fee will be incurred if payment is not received by the fifth day of the month. Please be aware that all setup fees are non-refundable.
